  • In the first phase of research, we guide our customers in mapping the market access conditions and the costs to successfully introduce food products into the distribution network of the leading retailers and food distributors in export markets.
  • Based on this research, the exporter can check the feasibility financially and operationally.

NEW DESTINATIONS

Then, by agreement, the second phase starts.

  • In this second phase, we fix game rules with the competent national authorities and other stakeholders in the destination markets, resulting in certain guarantees for the candidate exporter.
  • At the same time, we map out the entire transport chain and facilitate test shipments at the destination.
  • We report all the preparatory work that forms the basis for managing operational and commercial teams in the final phase.
